When photos, videos, or other content (henceforth know as Content) is uploaded using the app or website, ownership of Content is transferred to the event host. Wedding Stream is also granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. The purpose of this license is so that we can operate, promote, and improve the Wedding Stream service. In cases of promotion outside of your event group, it is company policy to ask the Content owner before using Content for these activities.

c. Usage Information:

We may collect data about your interactions with the App, including device information (e.g., device type, operating system, device identifiers), log data (e.g., IP address, access times), and crash reports. We collect this information so that we can better understand our users and improve the App.
